My C6 is in!!

My dealer called friday afternoon to tell me the good news! She's in! We rushed over to the dealership to check her out...man was that ever an amazing sight and feeling. The first time you lay eyes on YOUR car, it will set you back a step or two.

It was just off the truck, lots of bug parts, but overall pretty clean and looking good. They had it in the shop and were beginning the prep, detailing, etc to get it ready to go. Unfortunately, I am out of town until tonight (sat night), the dealer is closed Sunday, and my funds haven't gone thru the pipes yet...so it looks like I'll have to wait until Monday or Tuesday to drive her home. :cry

I did grab the stupid front license plate bracket just in case some moron decided to drill holes in the nose and attach it. My dealer said they wouldn't, but you never know. So now the front plate bracket is the only part of my Vette in the garage...kinda ironic.

For anyone that's interested, I ordered Machine Silver Coupe with Cashmere (6 spd, z51, 1SB, hi-polish wheels, Nav). The silver and tan interior look awesome...very sharp and classy.

Congrats! IMO, silver is one of the best colors for this car. Im trying to decide between the silver coupe with black and the silver vert. with black. Dont forget to post those pix!!!

Congrats !! Good idea to grab that bracket . I don't know what's worse . Adhesive or screws ! Both are pretty bad.
