It was as new as the day it was delivered.
I was truely surprised by the outstanding condition that it was in. The owner who was as anal as anal could be. The interior and the exterior was perfect, it was almost like it was in a time capsule.
The owner should be very proud of himself for the way he kept it. The only thing that l was sorry about was that he didn't drive it enough to really enjoy it but again to each his own.
The solid hard top is perfect, but l will store it. The plevi top is also perfect so if anything happens it's going to be my fault and not his.
With less then 12,000 miles on the clock it still has the GMPP Major Guard zero dedut until 04/07 which l can extend again.
Right now l falling on my face and need some shut eye.
Rowdy l'm sure youare going to be at Raceway Park this spring when my Club hosts Vette day there. I'm sure we will meet.

Hey Alan - that's great! A fine looking C5 , and I LOVE the color!
I remember how excited I was when I got my '98. She was nearly 6 years old and only had 25k miles on her. I put that many more on her in less than 20 months! :L

Torch Red is really the only color!!!!!!!
Only kidding, l really wanted a Mill Yellow one but they are hard to find and then l found out about it being a tri color paint.
Having to do touch ups is a killer because the clear coat is also tinted, but it's a sharp color.
I.m thrilled with it and cannot wait for the weather to break to clean it and take it out for a spin.
