Chevy Presents Corvette Corral at Sebring Co-Hosted by the National Corvette Museum
For the first time ever, IMSA/ALMS are facilitating the "Chevy Presents Corvette Corral @ Sebring" March 16-19, with the Museum as co-host of the exciting corral activities. Witness and cheer on the champion Corvette Racing Team’s inaugural C6-R race in the comfort and security of an exclusive preferred area reserved for Corvettes located at Sebring's Turn 17 (trackside). Celebrity guests include Dave Hill, Corvette Chief Engineer and GM Performance Cars Vehicle Line Executive; Tom Peters, C6 Corvette Chief Designer; Jim Campbell, Director - Car Marketing; Doug Duchardt, Director GM Racing; Gary Claudio, Manager, GM Racing; Nate Love, Marketing Manager Corvette; and Harlan Charles, Corvette Product Manager. · The first 100 Corvettes on Thursday will be eligible for the Corvette parade laps
· Special drawings will be held for:
o Two people to hold the opening ceremony flags
o One person to have escorted access to hot pits
o Two people to be in the victory circle

Two Chances to Win a New Corvette – Both at 1 in 500 Odds
Two new raffles have just begun both featuring a 1 in 500 chance to win. Take a chance on a Magnetic Red Coupe for only $250 per ticket. You also have an opportunity to own one of the new limited quantity Z06 Corvettes and “build it” your way choosing from current factory colors and options. Tickets for the “Build Your Own Z06” raffle are $500 per ticket. We are excited to have the opportunity to offer Corvette raffles such as these as part of our fundraising plans, and appreciate your support. We will draw the winner of the Magnetic Red Corvette at the Z06 Fest event – July 23. The winner of the “Build Your Own” Corvette will be drawn at the C3 Extravaganza event – October 15. Limited Number of Donation Items Available
A limited number of “Building the 4th Generation Corvette” and the 1992 Corvette owners’ videos are left, and you can add a copy to your video library in return for a donation to the Museum’s building campaign which currently stands at $1,292,230. The “Building the 4th Generation Corvette” video is available for a $50 donation and is a 1983 film that introduces the 1984 Corvette and follows Motor Trend Magazine's editors while they perform extensive testing of the car's handling, acceleration and braking. In this 33-minute film, Chevrolet executives and engineers explain the many revolutionary design and performance options that are introduced. The program also features vehicle assembly footage shot at the Corvette Assembly Plant. For a $25 donation you can own the 1992 Corvette promotional video that features an in-depth look at the handling and performance of the 1992 ZR-1 and Corvette.
