Pulled 94 coupe out this morning just fine to put on new weather stripping. Now it won't start . There was a ticking nose comeing from under the passenger side dash. Also when i put the key on the defroster went on until i shut key off. Also when i turned the key on the ticking nose went away until turned key off then it went on agian. tried to jump it but nothing also now the tickeing nose has stopped. Any advice would be appreciated
