Need help with 1980 L-82 side emblems

I am new! A life-long 'Vette lover, and a brand new 'Vette owner!!

I have a 1980 L-82 which needs very little for it to be "done." Side emblems are today's task. I just have a few questions: Are they glue on or screw on? What are the dimensions? Where can I find the exact locations (distance above side louvers) on where to place them? And who seems to have the best prices for them? I appreciate any help! Thanks!!

There's plenty of pictures on the web to determine the exact location above the gill opening iin the fender. Just search Google. Can't help you on the other points.

They sit exactly 2 inches above the upper forward corner of the louvers, with the most forward portion of the emblem even with the inside upper forward corner of the louvers, just above the body line. They are glue on & Corvette America would probably be your best bet.

The assembly instruction manual (AIM) shows the placement of the L-82 emblems. Order the AIM.
