Need interior care advice.

This has probably been around the block several times in the past but am in a need to know & can't seem to find info on this forum. It seems to be well known that North American vehicles install a lesser quality of leather as opposed to European models. We are proud owners of an 05 coupe with the ebony interior.
What are your personnal favorite products & methods for keeping interiors clean / protected / long lasting and looking great?

I love the Adams products.

For leather, specifically, I do like Lexol products. Been using them for a long time.
