need mechanic

I am interested in locating a mechanic for my 84 coupe. I live in Utah and would like to find a shop in either Utah or Salt Lake Counties. Honnesty, realiabilty and technical knowledge as you know are critical. I am currently going to the dealer and have not been impressed.
