Damn! I wish I had access to a lift; I hate crawling around under the thing on my back!! :hb

Nice work Bob! :upthumbs

67HEAVEN, it's coming along nicely I see the Sunfire parked under the 67 I guess they didn't mind you standing on the roof to get all that crap of the underside of the 67:L :L :L :L :beer

;LOL Actually, they moved it aside so I could lower the car to work underneath. My shoulders still hurt after several hours of over-my-head work with the power drill.

That pickup in the photo is an old International one ton with a hydraulic dump. Not much left of the cab floor or steps nor the wooden box floor, but the owner is having them do a complete restore as a "driver". This is one brutally spartan ride. :(

Different strokes. :J

Ken all I can say is BUY A LIFT if it can fit in your garage.Besides having storage for 2 cars in the place of one Its a pleasure to work on the cars. And I also thought I would rairley use it but even waxing and cleaning is easey with a lift.

That '71 Monte on the frame straightener is a beauty (recently restored), but someone smacked him just behind the passenger door......worst place. Rear quarters (not just the skins) are not available for these cars.

I agree; I took advantage of the opporunity while mine's been on jackstands to do all three phases of cleaning, polishing and waxing. :D

Hvn,
You have my sympathies on your sore arms! I have done this on too many cars and have gotten to old and tired to do it again, so I am building a rotissere to mount the body of my 59 on! I will never have crap fall in my face again. It will involve a few hours and several hundred dollard of materials, but will be worth it in the long run.
Regards, John McGraw

Comming along nicely, I went back and had to read a couple of chapters that I missed along the way, the bad part is I can recognize the sites you borrowed pics from in chapter 8.

Keep the chapters comming!

Chapter 8? :confused

67Heaven,
What's your timeline or do you have one for completion?
You'll have a brand new 67! I'm sure it's gonna be beautiful.

Regards,

Pedro

I'm planning on a "Coming Out" party for her to take place on June 5, 2004....the entire neighbourhood will be invited. Hopefully, that will atone for the noise of starting up, tuning and breaking in the cam in the 502 through headers. :D

I've put it on my calendar! :D
