New member, Motor City Mold hood Club!

I just had my new MCM SC hood done last week.
After hearing and seeing what beautiful hoods they are and how well they fit etc., I took the plunge.
Everything I'd heard is true.
After seven and a half years of ownership and 62k miles, my baby needed some freshening up!
Thanks to Claude at WCMC and Phil at MCM!

What's going on? Outside of sitting here downing anti-depressants because my Vette is in Florida and I'M NOT ....... nothing much . Just counting the days till Vettes in Venice (15 days and a wake up), and trying not to get too excited! Going to many, many, many cruise nights as "alternative medicine" and seeing boat loads of really great looking cars, and talking to bunches of great Vette owners. Kinda like Florida but with interruptions of snow (yeah, I know - you wouldn't know what that stuff is) for long stretches. See ya there!

Hey I do know what snow is like! We lived in New Joisey for nine years!
I remember wearing galoshes and gloves, long overcoats and sweaters.
If you didn't wear ear muffs or a hat, you got your ears "flicked".
Not fun when they're almost frozen!
Hey, and that was just in the summertime!
