Intermittently my car will not crank. All lights work in dash but the starter will not crank. Sometimes I push the switch more than once with a little delay between and the car starts. If the car fails completely I remove the Negative battery cable for a few seconds/ reinstall cable and the car starts normally. I am getting feed back from others in the forum with the same problem. I have been told thru the forum that there is a kit that can by-pass column lock. The last couple of days the car has been starting normal. If the problem persists I will try to obtain that kit.
