New Nervous Corvette Owner

Greetings to Everyone,
I have always wanted a corvette and bought my 2013 Anniversary Edition almost a year ago. I love my car, but there seems to be so much to learn about these cars, I get nervous I don't know enough about them. My Vette is my main car, and not just a weekend vehicle. I drive it everyday. I am hoping that being on this forum can help me learn more about Corvettes as well as taking care of these cars. I have a lot of questions, so I hope everyone can hang in there with me.

There is a lot of very knowledgable people here that will be glad to help if and where they can. Also a vast array of information available to get familiar with and get to know your CORVETTE better. Enjoy your Vette, and drive it like any other daily driver, I did for many years. It's a Chevy, not very exotic or temperamental, and can be repaired at most any Chevy shop. Unlike most foreign sports cars, part are readily available, and don't cost an arm and leg, same for a service visit. Keep up with oil changes and other routine service items, and you can drive that Vette until you're tired of looking at it.

Welcome to the party. Nice choice for your first Corvette. Just by owning one of these cars, you will find other owners offering facts and information about maintenance. The Corvette owners I have met over the years are among the most knowledgeable folks around. There is something about these cars that makes you want to know everything about them and, in time, you will be an expert. Remember that none of us knew it all at first. Knowledge comes with experience and experience comes with time. Drive and enjoy your Corvette and don,t be afraid to ask questions.
