Hi everyone and you're all to blame. Bought a raffle ticket on an old vette a few months ago and didn't win. While waiting for the drawing I happened upon this forum and it further sparked my interest in these remarkable cars. Saw an ad for a used C5 and, on a lark, went and looked at it. All I had to do was sit in it and I was sold. It's a thing of beauty. Didn't buy that one but, found another. It is a 2004 6 speed coupe - black in and out. I'm hooked. I must say that reading through the forum is what really got me interested in the Corvette. It's all the helpful information I found here that convinced me that it would be worth it to own one. I just love the looks of these beauties and you feel part of the car when your in it. It will soon be on the road since we have lost our snow in central NY. So, thanks again!!!!

Welcome!

And remember...a Vette has a factory installed ego booster. :thumb

With my C4 and now my C5 I feel “one with my machine” as when I used to fly. I don’t know about the others on this forum but I am a different person when driving my Vette. :L

Been a Vette Head since I was six. Loving it ever since and, you will not find a better bunch of helpful people here.
:cool

Bill, I like your quote from A. Lincoln. I was in the Army. Go BUTLER - even though they beat one of our upstate teams - Syracuse. I hope they move on to the final. I'm tired of the big basketball schools winning.

Here's another warm welcome!! And thanks for the compliments on the Corvette Action Center! :)

I guess I know where to go if I need anything while visiting the Cape this summer.
