Hello all,
Last month I purchased a 90 ZR-1 after checking it out in AZ. It was the First ZR-1 that I ever heard of, and I couldn't believe that.
After a lot of research, I purchased it and had it shipped back to MI.
I love the car! Runs Great, super smooth, everything works great so far and as of now we love it. (Wife says slow down a lot :L)

But overall, I love the car and I really like this site and I am sure I will continue to use it to learn more things about C4's, I think they are definitely underrated by many collectors. I had a beautiful '72 but this one is much more advanced and comfortable, (once you find a way to get in it), and I much prefer the '90.

Thanks everyone, I do like this forum group.
It reminds me of the "BGE forum". (Its BBQ related but with lots of nice and informative members )
I had the car on a hoist today to change the oil and for a bottom inspection of the chassis, as I had not the opportunity to check it out before.
Happily, the car being from AZ and CA (MOSTLY), there was very little underbody/chassis corrosion.

The problem was after I drained the oil and lowered the car, then, I find out that the oil filter I had purchased did not fit the car.
No other parts places around here have the right one either, so I ordered one locally.
Hope to have it tomorrow.

Mine is nice for a 25 year old car, but it is NOT perfect, it was listed as a "5 footer".
I think that is appropriate. I love the new ones, but my budget does allow it. ;(

So I will enjoy what I can and have a good time!
