At the ripe young age of 22 I was presented with an opportunity that I couldn't pass up. It's a 1978 25th anniversary edition corvette. At $4700 I think it was a steal. The bird cage has little to no rust along the windshield or by the kickplates where the frame meets. Along with the rest of the vehicle It rides and drives great. Needs a carb tune up, some new U joints, a paint job, and a new interior (it isn't bad just torn and old) I haven't taken it apart yet to look deeper but it seems in good condition. Idk if I came off with a good deal or not but it sounds like it. At 58,009 miles I bought it and then proceeded to drive it 3 hours to get it home. Not one hitch. Except for the gauges...those don't work to well. Other than that I think I'll make myself friendly with this site seeing as I'll need a lot of advice on repairs and what not. First on the to due list.. Rochester quadrajet carb rebuild.
