Also could be the bladder for the lumbar. One other thing to check are the little hose connections under the seat, there is a three hose splice that deterioriates with age. Once this is broken/disconnected the lumbar won't blow up anymore. I fixed mine with some small sections of brass tubing.

Oh yes, that sounds like it's time to pull the seat out.:ugh Ecklers and Mid America sell seat repair kits. Check the cheap and obvious things first though. After checking the fuzes are good, check all connectors are connected (if seats were replaced, maybe not connected), then see if you can get the switch panel out and check it with a VOM. Can you hear the motor/pump when you actuate the switches? Put your ear close to the seat for this.

ok will check it out. The thing is pretty uncomfortable to sit on, digs right in to my leg. Doesn't help that i'm 6'2" 228 lbs though. Have to devise something to cover it.

Nah, I used to collect Yamaha 2 stroke street and race bikes. Now I have no garage. I'll have to settle for 2 suv's, the vette and a boat. This should deplete my paycheck enough.

A boat is great if you love maintenance, expensive non stop maintenance. The damn things break down all the time. Parts are triple what a car part costs. I spend between $600.00 to $1000.00 per year on a little 21 footer with a 4 cylinder. That's just to put it in the water and keep it running. Car's and bikes are way easier.
