Just now a Red Convertible w/police lights and markings was a feature in President Bush's Inauguration Parade, it made me proud. :)

Would that have been Joe Jakub's DARE car? If so, it would have been a mag red 'vert w/ fugly colored seats (for the exterior colors) :eek

I'm not sure, I just caught a few secs of it. I really liked the red and blue cop strobelights in place of the front running and fog lamps, very BladeRunner looking.

any pictures of said car floating around? I wouldnt mind seeing a it, sounds neat. Talk about role reversal when a vette becomes a police car.

Thats a nice looking car, do you think its painted or do you think its all vinyl?

Thanks guys, it does look pretty cool.

I think the graphics are vinyl because on the website Gordon provided shows it in two different "phases."

Here is the first version..... I like this one the best....

and here is the second, its design is a little too busy

I only caught a quick glance of it in this year's parade but they may have created a "Phase Three?"
