Normal Oil Temp

Can anybody tell me what the normal operating temp range is for the oil in my 02 LS1. I have the factory 190 thermostat and the coolant stays around 190 running down the highway. The oil temp stays between 200-210 on the highway.

I have a 160 T-stat and the oil temp is about the same as yours....
200-215.
