I just bought my first Corvette. It's an '85 with 57,000 miles and it's (originally) torch red, with a 4+3, L98 and Z51. Life is good. Vanity plates will be XNOZ. Wow! What a car.

welcome to CAC!!!!

post some pics when you get a chance!!!!

Congratulations Bob. Welcome to the Corvette Action Center. :)

Welcome Bob. You better think about some "self-defense" type courses to defend yourself against all of those women that will be jumping into that new Vette.;LOL I haven't had that problem yet, but I'm still hoping!

WELCOME

Welcome to CAC. Post some pictures of your vette when you can. My neighbor has an '86 white/red conv. with 50,000 miles for sale. Sounds like you did good getting that vette.

Welcome aboard cap'n. You'll like CAC a very friendly place with lots of knowledgeable people.

Ahoy Captain! Welcome aboard the SS :CAC!

Welcome to the CAC Cap'n Bob. :w
I had a new 85 Corvette that had the Z51, and 4+3. I really liked that car.
Hope you enjoy your Corvette.

Thanks, Guys.

Wow. What a warm group of fellow car enthusiasts. Thank you all for making me feel welcome. I will post more as soon as I figure out how to post pictures and use some of the other features of the website.

I have to go now. I'm sending my ex some peanut butter. She's a tremendous woman.

Did you know that performance brake pads can be made from thinly sliced mother-in-laws? Because if there is one thing a mother-in-law can do, it's create friction.

Cap'n Bob,
Our Moderator Jane Ann (XLR8) has created a very useful thread on How To Upload Pics To A Thread in our Site Help and Feedback Forum. Have a look at that, and let us know if you if you run into any problems.
