I recently removed the heat riser valve and it's bracket that was attached to the engine using two of the exhaust manifold bolts. Oil seeped out of the back bolt hole (2nd bolt hole from the left) on the exhaust manifold. Is this normal? Should oil be coming out of there? If not, what could be the problem? thanks.........

Id say not, are you sure oil from leaking valve covers may have worked its way in there? If not id pull the bolt out clean the hole and shine a light in there and make sure the head aint cracked.
