I bought a digital dash that has a clock so I don't need this gauge any more and want to remove the sensor and wiring.

sorry I meant the oil temperature sensor!

Just read your post. The oil temp. sensor is down next to the oil filter. You'll see it from under the car. Hope this helps. Fred
