Ok, I don't want anybody to do this except me

I got a pair of those chrome gills for my 82 and they looked real nice for awhile. It just got to be too much chrome.So I taped all the leading edges and sprayed the rest with a simi gloss black.Now there is just the right amount of chrome. Please don't tell me everybody else has done thisrotfland No it does not look
