Option Sticker Location

I'm going to look at an 87 Vette, Where can I find the location of the sticker with the option codes,, I want to tell the person who owns the car now where to look so he can read them to me before I drive 3 hours to look at it.
I would also be interested in the same information for other year vettes [85 - 95], in case this one don't pan out.
I tried to use the search option here, but I must not be putting in the correct name of what this sticker is called.

My '86 has it under the lid to the storage bin behind the seat, I don't remember which bin but there are only two so it shouldn't be too hard to find.
