First, I need to replace the outer door seals on my 91 Vert. Do you have to remove the door panels and how hard is this to do? I guess the seals are riveted on and you would drill out the rivets and replace with new. Is there anything else needed to do the job such as screws for the doors, etc.?

Second, I understand that the stock mufflers have one operational outlet and one dummy outlet. If you drill out the dummy outlet, will it sound better and not screw up anything other than the new holes in the muffler end plate?

Thanks in advance for any help!!

Outer window seals

When I did mine I drill rivets out and tapped holes, then screw the seal in place also used nylon screws instead of metal now the seals can be removed for a future paint job etc. Also don't have to worry about screws rusting.

Thanks for the info on the door seals. Now if someone could answer about the muffler question then I would know what I need to order. New seals for sure and maybe a less restrictive exhaust (read louder) system. Thanks again.
