Guess while I have the Corvette levelled out this morning, might as well get started on the Interior Floorpans as well as the Inner Firewall and get them all back into shape...

Here are the before Pictures...

This should be enjoyable...

I have been having a lot of brain dead days lately, I put a die together the other day set on 21 inch on top and 24 on the bottom made some new holes:L so typing C-3 when I ment C-4 is minor.
Your project is coming along nicely

Thanks bossvette...

Just had to needle you a little bit... :L

Getting ready to Spray the Inner Firewall, so this should be interesting...

Just finished with the Front and Rear Inner Floorpans and it was more of a hassle than I though...

Don't NEVER let someone tell you that Re-seaming all the Joints with new bonding cement and then Spraying the Inner Firewall and Floorpans is easy...

I sprayed 3 Coats of Dupli-Color 500* Ceramic Gloss Black on the Inner Firewall and I must say it turned out quite well...

The Floorpans (Front & Rear) were sprayed with the Dupli-Color Truck Bed Coating. It turned out pretty good. But who wishes to take the pains to make it slick when all will be covered with Dynamat and Carpeting...

Thanks a lot Ken & alleydude...

I don't believe I have every scrubbed something so much in my life. But I am so glad to finally be finished with the Floorpans in general...

Now to take a few days off and relax...

Next items to do:

Outer Firewall & the Front Frame Assembly

Just finished up the Outer Firewall (Engine Compartment)...

Turned out pretty good, but who will be seeing it anyway???

Here are a couple of Pics, but they didn't turn out real well...

Hopefully will get the Front Frame Assembly finished this coming week...

Knowing me, and my luck (Murphy's Law and all that :L) I'd have it all nice and clean and painted like that and then I'd cover it with oil by screwing something up again. :duh

Looking real good man! :upthumbs

Thanks Ken...

The firewall really looks better than the Pictures appear. The Right side of the Outer Firewall was also finished nicely, but since it was a little dirty from the Dust, I didn't get any shots of it...

After the paint dries, I will try to get some better pictures of the Complete Firewall...

Thanks Tom. As for the energy, only determination and wanting to be totally finished with the Vette by April 1, 2004...

And oldace84, why would you not want to undertake a Project like this??? :w

Haven't gotten much done in the past few weeks due to the fact that cooler weather is coming into the Tennessee Area...

Decided to go ahead and Build me a Small, 24' x 32' Garage to be used for the Corvette Project and will be building as a Commercial-Style Paint Booth as well...

Hope to have something soon. Will take a couple of weeks to get this done and looking forward to getting started back on the SS X-Fire Project soon!!!

Looks awesome Outlaw! Better than new. I can't wait to see the rest of the progress.

Jay

Well, due to the cooler weather, I haven't been able to do much to the Corvette. Been a little busy trying to get the 24 x 32 Garage out of the ground...

I know that this is not the area for Posting Photos of the Garage Construction, but it all has to do with the Corvette Project...

Hopefulyl within a few weeks, I may be able to get started back on the Corvette Project. Sure will be nice to get out from beneath the Old Shadetrees and have a Nice, Dry, Warm Area to work in...

Man, THAT LOOKS LIKE FUN!!!!

I would love to do that..
