Need to purchase oxygen sensors for my 1996 vette LT1, are there certain brands that are better than others.

Get the GM one
The standard ( after market ) is a generic replacement which you have to splice on the old connector from the existing ( old ) O2 sensor ( at least for 88-92) the GM one will be easier & the correct one. So there will be no guessing when it comes to smog time.

I like the heated ones, esp. with headers. Bosch, but you'll have to wire in power for the heater.
