I am a dupont kind a guy.
I don't think you can mail order paint, or at least not through the normal route. One spill of that stuff in the truck or airplane, and there would be a major haz mat to clean up.
You can find automotive paint supply stores almost anywhere.
When you get settled in, call your local chevy dealer with a paint shop and find out where they buy their paint. There is usually an paint rep that supplies them, or a paint company hub store. Most of the time you can walk in there, act like you know what you are doing, and they will sell you whatever you want. Bring cash, then they don't have to open a ticket on your, or worry about your exempt number as if you were a shop.
Really, any modern base/clear system will be fine for your car. You can go with a variety of brand names. Typically the pigment of the paint will dictate the price. For example, any paint with RED in it cost more than any other color. The more red in the paint mix, the higher the price. Clear cost the same, no matter what, unless you upgrade to a higher quality. Personally, I can't tell the difference.
Dupont has a generic name paint called Nason. It is great stuff, and cost 1/2 what the same stuff does in straight dupont.
Don't use any Laquer primer. Big no-no. Make sure you use either all epoxy, polyester, or straight Urothane systems. I prefer the Uro Primer and components from Dupont. Good stuff.
Have fun!
