The manufacturer codes are also in the CAC's Tech Center, you just have to dig a little.
Click the Tech Center tab, then select Model Center.
From there, select your year.
Then click on a link that says "Production" or "Production and Performance".
You'll get a page that looks like this (click here for 2000 model).
Scroll down to the color options section, and you'll see the paint codes.
