Looks great Mike! Stallion, I've done a few back yard paint job's and it is not hard but takes alot of practice, I was lucky, G.M taught me in a repair area (got to learn on other peoples vehicles) you have to keep everything very clean, especially the gun, nothing worse than having everything ready and it's pluged up from the last job, I use a 5hp compressor 2 devilbiss siphon cup guns 1 for base 1 clear, 25ft hose to 2 water filters and another 25 to the gun, also a gravity feed touch-up gun for inner doors is handy. I bought a 14X20ft storage tent roll up the botton a bit and roll down the top for airflow and paint right on the wet grass.

With that hood, you should add some pinstriping, like on the LT-1's..

That might add just enough detail to it.

I also like your wheels, I just got some of those 'turbine' wheels myself.
I'm in the process of painting & polishing them before I install them.

Looks great!

Pinstriping would be nice, I agree. Is that something that you do yourself though? Sounds like if you mess it up, it can be a disaster. :(

i want to stripe it a bit but what color?a two width or a single stripe ? i thought about having it painted on but no-one around here will touch it. what should i do with the fenders? would a simple stripe do it??
my paint was done with a pro gun (my buddie's) but i learned to paint over the years on my old beaters, they always look better afterwards, but this is my first job that really mattered.
