May I ask which kit or paint procedure you used to do this I'd love to do the same when I replace my solid style rims.

May I ask which kit or paint procedure you used to do this I'd love to do the same when I replace my solid style rims.

The paint was generic Caliper spray paint... as for the procedure, I used a wire wheel on my drill to get all the rust off the hub and cleaned the caliper & hub with a heavy duty degreaser. Washed it with clean water and then taped.

Since I don't have a lift, I did one wheel at a time and it took me about 3 hours (would have taken more by my little car vac has a "blow" feature that dried them off in record time.)

It is overcast today and when I backed off to get an overall shot, you couldn't see the hubs... I'll get one the next sunny day.
