After spending about an hour on the phone with Jim Hussey of SEM Products ( a very helpful fellow) we arrived at the conclusion that the best match would be the Landau Black (2-3 light coats) and then apply the necessary coats of paint # 13003 High Gloos Clear to get the sheen you need to match the original parts.
I just finished my door handle insert and it looks like a great match.
If you have read the report on Batee.com like I did you probably realize that the SEM Vinyl and Plastic Color Spray part # 452340 is not a good part number. Here is a link to their article that may help you.
