Hello again everyone......
Sung to the tune of the 60 minutes news program....The title of this post is the sound I have heard coming from the front pipe on the exhaust on my 85.....A few months ago I had a Borla 2.5 upgrade installed and while I was at it put a new high flow cat on as well........all fit fairly well.
The entire system was still the original exhaust.....As the title suggests...the front pipe is now calling me. I have checked around looking for a borla front 2.5 pipe in stainless and cant seem to find one....Has anyone been in a similar situation as this?...Or could any one suggest a manuf. pipe that is 2.5, stainless, and is a direct fit for an 85? I am assuming here that if my Borla and cat went on from the rear of this pipe back.....with no problems....a stock front pipe should still bolt up to the front of the new cat?..... Also.....My seatbelt module does not chime anymore....and after about 15 minutes of driving the light just comes on and stays on.....isnt this the same chime that goes off with my keys in the ignition and the door open or lights on? Anyone know where or who carries these?......
