great post, especially since one of the pictures has a good shot of the maunual unlock area.

Ross passed that link along to me earlier today. I thought they were pretty good too.
So many of the other magazine shots simply have the typical 10ft ladder view points.
Was great that a fellow vette owner (even though hes on another website) :D took the "pics no one else wanted to take, but we all wanted to see" pics.

Cheers

Color

Thanks Rain,

Now that I can finally see the Sunset orange color in the light, its beautiful! All the other shots I've seen of that color make it look more coppery than anything else.... Might look really nice up in the hill country on a pretty Sunday......

I wonder when Chevy will post all the interior/exterior colors on their website?

It never ceases to astound me that golf bags are the unit used for trunk space these days...

So much will be solved once we can sit our butts in one of these autos.

I agree, the better lighting makes it look much less like burt copper.. ... but almost pumpkin orange in other ways haha!!!

And yes, very male aimed marketing with the GolfBag reference. Guess they could have said it fit a full sized suitcase, 2 hat boxes, and a box of wine???? :D

Those are good pics . Did you guys notice the different door pull on the passenger side . It's a cool vertical pull , angled forward a bit . It has the door switch mounted in the top of it . It would have looked good on both sides but it probably got in the way of the other switches . I'd have moved the other switches myself . Thanks for posting the link to these , Rain . Cliff

Thanks for showing what I wrote about , Rain . I can't think of any other car that has such a difference from one door to the other . No big deal , just odd . Cliff

This is certainly not a new trend in advertising and marketing. I'm watching "My Classic Car" and heard them comment that customers were disappointed that they couldn't fit two Golf Bags in the trunk of the 55-57 T-Birds. This was probably mentioned as an improvement when promoting the larger 58's.

Although not a deal breaker for me, I would like the option of carrying my clubs with the top stowed and this is not possible in the '94. I may be in the market for a C6 some day and will welcome this improvement that was brought about by listening to the customer.

What does he mean by the grill is "functional"?

I'm happy to see the grill is colored black, differently than the car. Some of the early pics showed an orange car with the grill being the same orange, and it looked terrible.
