PKE Module

Hello.

Is it common that the pke module fails or is it operator fault always. I just finishing up a 1993 and i ask as it is easier to replace this now than later.

If i go for a after marked system do i have to any other modifications than disconnect the PKE and will this make the ECM confused?

Interior lights..door locks run through the PKE...I wouldn't disconnect the PKE...most people I've talked to seem to have nothing but headaches w/aftermarket systems on C4s...I've heard of module failures on the forums but considering the age of the C4s now... not a bunch IMO
