Gone but not forgotten
I picked up a tip regarding spark plug wires, from the Electromotive, Inc.'s TEC3 system Wizard a minute ago.
It states that ...
I just thought I'd pass that along.
They say that one remembers things in the following order:
I forget the percentages assigned to each of those catagories, but that it probably due to the fact that I did not write it down!
It states that ...
When using a high-voltage system such as the TEC3, plug wires tend to break down over a period of time due to the high-voltage spark being generated. Even a wire that looks ok can be faulty. Looking for stray sparks on the wires in the dark with the engine running will catch most bad wires. Plug wires should be a normal maintenance item and replaced every year or two.
I just thought I'd pass that along.
They say that one remembers things in the following order:
- Listening
- Repeating (speaking the thing to be remembered)
- Writing, of which it is said that something like ninety-percent of what you write you remember. (Does typing count? )
I forget the percentages assigned to each of those catagories, but that it probably due to the fact that I did not write it down!
