I'm in the process of putting power steering in my 65. In order for the PS pulley to line up with the crank pulley I need a power steering pump pulley with 2 grooves.
I've called all the local Pepboys, AutoZones, etc... With no luck. Does anyone know who would sell a 2 groove PS pump pulley. Zip doesn't have one and that's where I bought my PS conversion kit.

Mark I had purchased a new pulley from gmpartsdirect.com

they were cheaper then the corvettte suppliers. When I was searching for oneparagon reproductuins had them also.

I don't think you're going to find one. .. I doubt it exists. Chances are you have to alter other pulleys and belts to get the correct configuration. I'm away from home and don't have access to my references, but I know the Corvette Central catalog has illustrations of the various correct Corvette combinations.

I suspect you will need to add a stamped pulley to your crank balancer, then connect your inner crank pulley to the power steering pump, and the outer pulley to the waterpump and alternator. But I could be wrong, and it can depend on the options you have, so the configuration may be different... that's why the pulleys and belts don't come in the conversion kit. Once you know the correct configuration, any number of Corvette parts suppliers can
sell you the correct pulleys and belts.

UPDATE: go to this url, do a search on "power steering" for a 65 in the engine compartment section; then click on the diagram(s) under the camera symbol on the right side of the resultant chart to see the correct possible configurations:

Guess it proves my original assumptions wrong, as it shows the PS belt connected to the outer pulley grooves and also shows a double-groove cast power steering pulley as one possibility.
Corvette Central doesn't seem to carry ANY power steering pulleys. You might try Dr. Rebuild, or junkyards. Also, there used to be a vendor that specialized in this sort of thing (pulleys and brackets)... I think the name was "Goat Hill" or something like that; email me next week when I'm home and I might be able to find contact info on this vendor.

Paragon and Long Island have all the different P/S pulleys for all applications (assuming your other pulleys are correct).
