hello folks power steering not working so good its full, hoses ok , could the 2 pcs inside the back of pump be in wrong or bad thanks

I'm assuming you mean the flow control valve and the valve spring. Yes, if they're in backwards it'll cause problems. With the pump on the car, under the fitting in the pump, the spring goes in first, then the flow control valve, with the "nut" end first, towards the front on the car.
