Putting Z06 Wheels on my C5?

I want to put stock Z06 Wheels on my 2001 convertible. Can I put pressure sensors in them and mount them up and be on my merry way? Alternatively, can I bypass the pressure sensors altogether?

mine are aftermarket and were on the car when I bought it, it doesn't have sensors or run flats I just use a gage once or twice a week and before going on trips. when it comes time to replace them I may put the proper sensors in.

Yes, you can place TPM sensors on the new wheels in place of the air valves. Do the programming for the new sensors and you're off.
