quarter panel screws

Has anybody had the problem of the screws coming loose on the left & right front quarterpanels. I happened to notice they were both loose on my C5

Hi there,
There have been no problems that I am aware of.
However, there was a bulletin issued for rusting of the washers underneath the screws a while back.
I am wondering if there was overtightening of the fasteners.
