Well i went over to AutoZone today to have my alternator tested, and its bad. (yay, another suprise for me!!) I had a 1995 Mustang GT before this car (yeah, yeah) with pulleys, and i hated the one on the alternator cause while under idle it would make all the interior lights dim.
Now, i understand the stock alternator on this car is 105 amps. I found a nice 124 amp Bosch alternator for the car, and with that choice, plus the Pulleys, would it cause any problems? Would i have to run any addtional grounds off the alternator? Or should i just stick with a 105 amp and deal with the lights dimmming when i get my pulleys.. Any advice or suggestion would be nice..
I've discovered so many problems this past week with this car.. Man i wish i had money..
