1. yes (autos are referenced in the column lock recall notice)

1) It can, but it's unlikely. That does not negate the need for a car undergoing the campaign
2) No.

1. On an 03, you should not have a locking column. Chevrolet deleted it on the autos, I think in 02 or 03. Turn off the car and try turning the wheel. You should be able to. If it is locked, then I have my dates wrong, and yes, you have a potential problem.

2. The F55 suspension was standard on the Anniversary Edition, optional on all other non-Z06s.
