Rad support

I just 'aquired' a rad support for a mid year. Can anyone I.D. the year for me? It's for F.I. but I think all replacement supports had the hole.
I was told it was nos but I think it was installed. It has a partial GM sticker on it.

If it has a GM sticker on it, it's most likely the '63-'65 service replacement part, as the one for F.I. (with the hole) was the only part available in service; they never stocked the other one without the F.I. hole.
