Radiator refill procedure...

I've looked around and found multiple opinions on the proper way to refill the coolant system on a 1990 c4. I'm getting ready to flush the system again and want to do it myself rather than continue to pay 100 bucks an hour to have my mechanic do it. Draining the system seems pretty basic like any other vehicle.
