Can you give some info on the LED tail's.

Depending on how bad the cracks are you can try clear 5 min. epoxy.

You should also check out the Vette' junkyards. There is one called Vette2Vette here in Illinois. I've bought from him before and he's a very nice guy.

I recommend you buy it from Fichtner Chevy as I did

I bought this exact same part for my 1995 LT-1 about a month ago. It was around $36. plus $5. delivery.

You can call them at 800-234-5284, ask for Tom, he's a great guy. Fichtner is located in Laurel, MT. I find they have nearly unbeatable prices on Corvette parts.
