Rear Emblem Location 82 Corvette

Hi,
Does anyone know where to position the Rear Emblem on the 1980-82 Corvette? I have a new rear fiberglass bumper. If someone could measure between the tail-lights & Top & bottom edge, that would make you an incredible human being in my eyes.
