Rear License plate bulb replacement

Does anyone know how to replace the rear license plate lightbulbs on a '01 C5 coupe? One of mine blew out and before I start unscrewing things I thought I'd ask if anyone else knows how to replace them.

Hi there,
Once you remove your plate, there are 4 T15 screws that hold the assembly to the rear facia.
Simply remove the screws and the bulbs are accessable from the back.

Is this to do the backup lights or the license plate lights (the ones that illuminates the plate at night)? I'm looking to do the license plate lights.

Oops, my bad.
Once you remove the plate section, you can reach right up and change the licence plate bulbs.
