Rear trunk deck has no powerto the accuator

1998 convertible
The rear trunk deck accuator has no power going to it.
Open the fuse panel on the right/passenger side floor and found the follow:
1 - Checked the 10amp fuse - good
2 - Checked the relay - good

After I pulled the fuse out to inspect in, I tested the female connectors in the fuse block itself and they have no power.

Is there another relay for the accuator?

Any ideas?
