Recommendations for body work videos or books?

My 'Vette needs to be repainted and I want to learn as much as I can about doing any work that I can on my own.

Anyone here have any suggestions on videos or books that would guide me in the right direction?

I have a link on there to the videos that I bought. The guy that made the videos also has a website and forum where good bodywork discussion goes on.
