The Valiant alarm system I got from JCWhitney has a bunch of relays in it that will turn on parking lights, dome lights, honk your horn, cut off your starter solenoid, etcetera. I have the one that allows you to suppress the arming/disarming chirp, since I have a Cellalarm connected to the Valiant siren line that calls me if the alarm goes off.

I also have my auxiliary (and normally only turned on) headlamps on a relay, as well as the electric fan relay in the Derale fan control. Alas, my electric fuel pump is direct wired through a cut out switch, and that is on my "to do" list for a relay.
