Question: replacing the battery in a 1988 coupe

I thought I saw a video somewhere that shows how to remove the driver's side panel to gain access for battery removal. Does this sound correct?

Sounds right

Changed mine a little over a year ago. From what I remember: one on the top near the door, one on the bottom and 3 or 4 on the front (holding the mud flap on mine).
Watch putting it back together, there's a washer on the bolt that goes on the outside of the panel. Put it on the wrong side and the head of the bolt will cut into the panel (which is what the PO did to mine) and it makes a bear of a problem getting the panel off.
