Rocker trim panel R/I

How is rocker trim panel removed/installed? I need to remove the trim piece to gain access to panel that is located below the charcoal canister. Two capscrews are behing trim panel, two are behind front wheel.

Gary,

Take a look at the panel... in the groove area you will see 4 (I think) phillips head screws that hold the panel to the car. Run your finger down the groove and you'll feel them. Memory tells me there are 4, but I'm pretty darn old to be going from memory

Try one of those hammer impacts or you might wind up stripping the screws out
